Adriana Niculescu
Co-Founder and Director
Adriana has more than 12 years experience as a pre-school and kindergarten teacher. She writes children`s poetry and composes songs. She has worked in American, Romanian and Swiss schools and always dreamt of opening an innovative childcare center, where she could implement her creative vision. Adriana holds degrees in Early Childhood Education and speaks English, Romanian, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian and German.
Mandy Wiswedel
Co-Director
Mandy has been working with children, parents and young adults for more than 10 years. The young and old alike are very dear to her. Stimulating them and seeing them through their path is her calling. With her great communication abilities and soft skills, Mandy organizes and leads our daily operations and is a key person on our team. Mandy speaks German and English.
Tara Mathien
Advisor
Tara Mathien is Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the Early Childhood Education Program at Harper College, USA. Currently, Tara is completing her PhD in ECE and advises the KiddieLand Team on curriculum and education topics.
